The project is being completed in Three stages and the following outlines progress on each stage:

Stage 1 - SOLD OUT

Consists of 40 sections towards the Meadowstone Drive entrance of the development. Some have great lake views but the majority are on the lower terrace of the development, a very handy location with many sections that front onto parkland reserve. Progress towards construction of these sections has been excellent and nearly all of the sections and roading are now at final levels ready for installation of services. Stage 2 - NOW available for sale

Comprises 43 sections and these are the premium sections directly above Stage 1 (to the eastern side of the main through road that will eventually connect Meadowstone to West Meadows).

Major earthworks to these sections are nearly complete and careful consideration has gone into the design of these sections to ensure that they will exceed expectations and they are the very best that they can be. The views are outstanding!

These sections and their platforms will also have extensive rock walling between the terraces and these rock wall features will be superb.

Stage 3

These are the remaining sections to the West of the through road that will connect Meadowstone with West Meadows. These sections will be approximately 24 months out from title issue and follow closely behind Stage 2.

Stage 3 option Process

You can place an option on a section in Stage 3 with a $1000 holding fee. If you are a first option holder on any section, you will have the first opportunity to purchase. After earthworks are completed, the sections will be priced and ready for your final inspection and approval. At this time you will be able to complete a Sales and Purchase Agreement and a 5% deposit is payable. If you decide not to proceed we will refund the $1000 holding fee and the section will be offered to the second option holder etc.

SOME INTERESTING HISTORY

Willowridge has developed Meadowstone over the past twenty years. Meadowstone was originally part of Wanaka Station and the land was purchased from the family of Sir Percy Sargood. Given the handy and sheltered location, Meadowstone has always been popular and we have been careful to design a great community within which to live.

Between Meadowstone & West Meadows lies an area of beautifully elevated land known as Alpha Ridge. Alpha Ridge has been in the same family ownership for 102 years and just like Meadowstone and West Meadows, was historically part of Sir Percy Sargood’s Wanaka Station.
The land has been admired by many over the years. It is a sheltered, sunny amphitheatre of gentle terraces and land forms with truly spectacular and uninterrupted north facing panoramic views right over Lake Wanaka to the mountains and Mount Aspiring National Park beyond.

This Old Inner Wanaka location has been zoned for residential development for decades but has never been available until now, so you could say this is a once in a blue moon opportunity to secure your very special slice of Wanaka.

Willowridge has been entrusted to carefully develop this precious land which will extend and join Meadowstone to West Meadows. With this comes a big responsibility to design and build something very special and to continue the good work and reputation that Meadowstone has enjoyed over the last 20 years.

Our plan for this land is NOT to create 200+ pocket sized residential sections but rather to sympathetically work with the landscape and the opportunities it offers, and limit the total development to around 100 very special sections. These sections range in size from 700m2 but many are be considerably larger and be between 1,000m2 and 2,000m2.
